Konsep Manajemen Waktu dalam Tafsir Surah Al-‘Asr dan Relevansinya terhadap Produktivitas Kerja di Era Modern

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis konsep manajemen waktu dalam Surah al-‘Ashr serta relevansinya terhadap produktivitas kerja modern. Melalui library research berbasis tafsir tematik (Tafsir al-Misbah, Ibnu Katsir, al-Munir, dan Fi Zhilalil Qur’an), data dianalisis menggunakan content analysis deskriptif-interpretatif. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada rekonstruksi pilar Surah al-‘Ashr (iman, amal saleh, kebenaran, kesabaran) ke dalam indikator produktivitas kerja kontemporer. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh mufasir memandang waktu sebagai modal utama kehidupan yang menentukan regulasi diri manusia. Kegagalan mengelola waktu berimplikasi pada kerugian eksistensial. Berbeda dengan konsep modern yang materialistis, produktivitas berbasis Surah al-‘Ashr menawarkan paradigma holistik-integratif yang mentransformasikan nilai spiritual menjadi etos kerja nyata, disiplin, integritas moral, tanggung jawab sosial, dan ketahanan mental. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Surah al-‘Ashr menyediakan cetak biru budaya kerja Islami yang efektif menjawab tantangan distorsi produktivitas di era modern.
