Konsep Al-Ghaflah dalam Al-Qur'an sebagai Kerangka Etis untuk Mitigasi Distracted Society di Era Digital

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep al-ghaflah dalam Al-Qur’an dan merumuskannya sebagai kerangka etis Qur’ani untuk memitigasi fenomena distracted society di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tafsir tematik (maudhu’i) yang diterapkan pada lima ayat utama—QS. Ar-Rum: 7, QS. Al-Ma’un: 4–5, QS. Al-A’raf: 205, QS. Al-A’raf: 44, dan QS. Qaf: 22—dengan merujuk pada tafsir mu’tabar untuk menganalisis dimensi kognitif, moral, dan spiritual dari al-ghaflah. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa al-ghaflah merupakan kondisi multidimensional—mencakup penyempitan kesadaran, penurunan sensitivitas moral, dan keterputusan spiritual—yang memiliki kesamaan struktural dengan mekanisme distraksi digital dalam kehidupan kontemporer. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa solusi Qur’ani berupa dhikr, tafakkur, dan muhasabah memiliki kesesuaian dengan pendekatan mindfulness dan pengendalian diri dalam psikologi modern. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak secara spesifik pada pembacaan al-ghaflah sebagai kategori analitik Qur’ani yang menjembatani kajian tafsir tematik dengan wacana distraksi digital—sebuah hubungan yang belum pernah dieksplorasi secara sistematis dalam literatur yang ada. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa al-ghaflah merupakan kerangka etis Qur’ani yang relevan dan aplikatif dalam merespons tantangan era digital.
