PENAFSIRAN AYAT-AYAT MUNAFIK DALAM KITAB AL-MUNÂFIQÛN FÎ AL-QUR’ÂN AL-KARÎM KARYA ABDUL AZIZ ABDULLAH AL-HUMAIDI

Abstract

Hypocrisy is a very dangerous trait for a Muslim. This is stated in the Qur'an in many verses. A very detailed study on this theme is very important to be explored. One of the scholars who has carried out this study is Abdul Aziz Abdullah Al Humaidi in his work "Al Munafikun fii Al Qur’an Al Karim".This research focuses on interpretation of hypocritical verses according to Al Humaidi in his book and its relevance to the present. this study found that Al Humaidi had done a study of the hypocritical verses in the Qur'an in a systematic maudhu’i method, although it was possible for some verses to be missed. From its relevance it was found that this study has contributed and make it easier to study the hypocritical themes in the Qur'an, as well as give an overview of hypocritical trait that Muslims must avoid, namely: 1) Related to shari'ah including: laziness and riya 'in prayer, rarely remember Allah, and deceiving Allah. 2) Associated with social relations include: lying, breaking promises, committing betrayal and wrongdoing.
